The school counseling program at Carl Harvey Elementary envisions all of our scholars as responsible, independent thinkers who positively impact our local and global communities through collaboration, empathy, and self-empowerment.
Mission Statement
The mission of Carl Harvey’s school counseling program is to foster a safe and accountable learning environment so that all students can build a strong foundation of academic rigor, college and career mindfulness, and emotional wellness. Data-driven interventions at the school-wide, small group, and individual levels are used to promote equity, access, and success for every Harvey scholar. Yes we can!
